Junior year in high school. Junior year in college.
The journey to this point has been such a strange one 😁 I started working out my senior year and dropped 30lbs, started training for a half marathon my freshman year of college and dropped another 10, and then discovered my love for lifting my sophomore year and since then have gained back about 20lbs (of mostly muscle). Proof that scales are not a good way to measure fitness! It’s difficult to work this hard and to not have it be reflected by the numbers on the scale, but looking at these two pictures side by side it’s clear that a change has been made. While I’m not at my lowest weight, I love having toned arms, muscular thighs and a butt that looks great in tight skirts ☺️ hopefully this is a tiny bit of proof that fitness is a journey without an end- instead, it’s a lifestyle that is constantly changing and adapting!
