Anytime I start feeling sorry for myself about doing bad on my diet one week, or gaining weight, I look at comparison photo’s and remember how far I have come. I lost 145 LBS in 10 months. I have maintained a majority of that loss minus the muscle I have been packing on in the last couple of months. I worked damn hard and I am damn proud of myself.
