It’s been kind of a rough week. I’ve eaten well, and I’ve done all my work outs and I feel really good about them. But I’ve been having a lot of stomach pain and nausea and chills and I went to the doctor and I might have a problem with my pancreas so that’s been bothering me all week as if the pain wasn’t bad enough. But anyway I stepped on the scale this morning and I was just so so upset because I have 3 more to lose until I get -100 lost and I stayed the same it really made me feel like crap. But then I took this progress picture, and I just feel so much better. Sometimes I forget that this is a process and a life long battle and a journey I love and it’s not about losing weight weekly but about being healthy and active daily. And I’m just really proud of the progress I’ve made, and these photos are always a good reminder as to how far I’ve truly come.
