“Being healthy and fit isn’t a fad or a trend. Instead, it’s a lifestyle.” One of my New Years resolutions this year is to take care of my health and body. I spent numerous hours at the gym, given up half way but still manage to love working out. One of the mistakes I made in the past was to stop working out after I reached my goal weight, ate what ever I want by limiting myself and by not going to the gym as often since I was “healthier”. I no longer dread going to the gym since it is apart of my lifestyle. I hope to continue this healthier lifestyle in 2017.
