Last year I was able to lose 42 kgs and go from an AU size 22 to a 10 in shirts. I also ran two 5km races!
110% re committing to my goals, so I can drop another 15/20kgs and reach my goal weight.Goals for this year:
- gym 5 days per week.
- 1500ish calories per day on clean foods!
- 100kms per month on treadmill.
- watch bread intake.
- Drink water!! Drink water!! 💧
