My journey started on April 10th 2016. I remember stepping on the scale and seeing 227 lbs and I just broke down. Something clicked and enough was enough! I had always been athletics and worked out several times a week. However, I was a binge eater, and we all know you can’t outwork a bad diet. So with a more balanced diet I have been able to lose 40 lbs in 8 months. It’s now time to kick it up a notch so I can get in better shape! If I hit 150 I’ll be so happy! But I am no longer as focused on the number on the scale and now just looking to be healthy and active!
