I’ve lost 75 whole pounds, holy shit. The picture on the left was taken two halloweens ago and I was a solid 240+ pounds then. Today, I went to the doctors and weighed in at 165 and almost freakin cried. For years I was in this deep pit of depression over my body and my weight to the point where my anxiety was through the roof and I would never leave my house. I would find ways to avoid any form of social interaction, losing all of my friends in the process, and even went as far as to take down all the mirrors in my apartment. It was a dark, dark time and I can’t even begin to express how excited I am about this progress. It feels so good to finally feel so comfortable in my own body, holy cow
