First submission. March 2016 - Today. I don’t weigh myself but I’m 5'7" and I was wearing a size 14 and am now a size 6. I made a commitment to lose weight slowly, over a long period of time. I burn out on crazy diets and workouts so I slowly started to eat better and try new workouts that have evolved over the past year. I do 50 minutes of cardio (mostly running) 4-5 days a week and some weights on my off days. I have taken body progress pics throughout so maybe as I get braver I will post some of them. This page has really helped and inspired me and reminded me that there is nothing wrong with you making taking care of yourself your main hobby.
