Hammer and Chisel has really been bringing me to the next level and I’m only 26 days in. Granted the pic on the left is day 1 of my health journey, I started off slowly until I could get back into intense weight lifting and training again. I can’t wait to show my 60 and 90 and 120 day progress pics because those will reveal SO much of what hard work does.
This isn’t about winning some beauty contest. It’s about being healthy and healthy is beautiful.
