80 pounds gone naturally in 15 months done with hard work, researching, consistency and patience. I’ve maintained my weight loss for over 3 years.

Some keys to my success:

- Slow and steady weight loss while making small sustainable changes
- Planning & tracking meals in my food journal (I didn’t cut any foods out, just watched my portion sizes)
- Eating larger meals less frequently and no snacking.
- Brisk walking daily (3+ miles) and lifting weights 3 - 4 days a week

I’m the smallest I’ve ever been as an adult and I’m rocking it heading into my 40’s! Don’t use age as an excuse. You can do anything if you want it bad enough…
