So nowhere where I used to be on both spectrums on weight.
Highest was 15st 3lbs (213lbs)
Lowest was 11st 3lbs (157lbs)
I’m currently 13st 8lbs (190lbs)
Yes I slipped and yes it upset me and still does; but I’m ready to start again and try harder, to walk every day if I can, to join the gym and go a few times a week, and to work on my diet.
