Alright everyone today is the 28 day of #PITT28 round 5. The last day of piit for this month. I forgot to post a before and after last month. My journey has been very bumpy since I started my journey to be healthier. I couldn’t be happier with @blogilates piit28 program. I love both 1.0 and 2.0 of piit28!!! I have been up and down through this, i have cried, yelled, and pouted. But I am surrounded by amazing people of the piit/blogilates community and have amazing friends and family who have stuck by me and helped me when I needed it. I struggle with self image issues and I don’t have the best relationship with food. I hate it and love it all at the same time. It’s not like the way some struggle with food but it’s still a struggle. I struggle with myself because I hate my body and hate how I let myself go so now it has a LOT of healing to do. But through my journey I have learned to love my body and accept it. I still struggle but my husband reminds me I am beautiful no matter what and my body is still healing from being over weight and unhealthy. He reminds me that it all takes time! I want to thank Cassey for this program because it has helped me a lot.
