It’s definitely not as big a loss as some of the guys and girls here, but I’m still proud of it! 22.5lbs later, I feel a lot better and more confident in my own skin! It took 6 months because I’m terrible at sticking to diets (and I refuse to give up chocolate). For me, the best way to lose weight was to find an exercise you’re passionate about. I love to dance, so my weekly routine consists of a tap class, jazz class and Zumba! It is mostly cardio but classes like jazz and ballet will definitely help with muscle strengthening- it doesn’t always have to involve dumbbells!

End weight: 132.5lbs
