I Started my journey back in September of 2013 when I reached a top weight of 92.3kg. As of that day I vowed to try and live a healthier lifestyle, yes I’ve gone up and down but I can finally say I’m ok with posting a progress pic of me right now at the lowest weight I’ve been since I was 12 of 56kg! I’ve got a lot of hard work to go to complete my goals but I thought I'de share me almost 3years later! With a total loss so far of 36.3kg!
