I definitely have noticed a huge improvement in my legs, the fact that my thighs don’t touch as much now AND look how much closer together my feet are. I also notice a little bit of an improvement around my waist which is the area I’ve struggled with most (as most people do) so it’s nice to see there has been a LITTLE progress, better than nothing
