This is my one year progress picture exactly a year apart. This has been and still is a learning process for me I’ve come to realize being healthy doesn’t happens overnight it takes time, hard work and tons of determination. During this past year I had set backs but I got back up and kept pushing so if I can do it so can you and always remember to love your self no matter what because loving yourself now is the first step to success in your journey to a better version of you.💪🏼💗
