Today marks a total of 12 weeks of my fitness journey. Officially lost 20 pounds! Not only have I learned so much throughout these 12 weeks, but I never realized how much exercising and great nutrition really has helped me in so many positive ways. I have a ways to go, but I am damn proud of myself. From waking up at 430am to making sure I continue to stay focused and put every effort into my health. Life has been more enjoyable to live actively. Discipline goes a long way. Can’t wait to see what the future holds. #progress #fitfam #fitness
