OK SO SLOW PROGRESS IS STILL PROGRESS!!! i have had so many ups and downs!!! but dont get discourage!! Maybe some people get ripped in six months, others, like me, has changed little. The photo is from a year ago!!! STILL I am not the same, and I am learning so much.
Now I wake up early, I prep my meals and I fit in those shorts that I thought were never going to fit again!! because of the muffin top, which is almost gone now 👯
I have started lifting some weight and most days my mental health is good!
I was thinking I have had zero progress but this photo proved me wrong and I am SOOO GLAD! so yes, a year from now you wished you would have started today.
I know the girl in the first photo would have killed to look in that instant as I did this morning, but it didn’t happened over night, so stay motivated!
