Tip of the Week:We all want to look our best… I know I do ;-)
Weight Loss was very difficult for me and it began with making some changes to my eating habits first.
Changing my emotional and mental perspective about weight loss lead to the positive transformations in my physical appearance.* Eating too few Carbs:
unless you plan to continue this strict No Carb regime all your life… You will sabotage yourself and gain lots of weight back the minute you start eating carbs again.
* “Cheat” Days:
this is one of the top lies told to most people…
Taking one (or two days) to reward yourself with tons of processed, sugary sweets and carbs all day WILL UNDO all of the healthy eating and progress you’ve made for weeks.Take away the stress of denying yourself.
Handle the emotional and mental reasons you overeat to begin with…
Then allow yourself to have a very small portion of the ‘not so good’ foods throughout the week.
Just remember - Limit Yourself - Establish Self Control.
* Eating Clean Always:
just so unrealistic!
Maintaining an active lifestyle is even more important than ‘eating clean always’…
Eating Healthy + Lots of Movement = Healthy Weight Loss
* Keeping a Strict Calorie Budget:
yes - calories count…
However, Over Consuming food is still Over Eating!!
Even if it’s eating 7 whole tomatoes in one sitting… Ask yourself 'Why am I eating like this?!’
Keep up the great work in changing your life for the better… You will feel so much pride in your journey :-))
