#fitnessdecemberIm happy tbt considering eveything in my life. Plus I won’t deny some good things happened when I lost weight (b0i$, *caugh, caugh*)
Also I overcame a big issue with my mental health and for the first time in more than 8 years I feel good with my body!!! So even if the physical change isn’t OMG the mental one is wow.
So fitness December should have been called “fix your mind for December first” haha the aweosme thing is next year is SO NEW and so am I and I think it will be awesome :)
If I can’t achieve anything at least I want to achieve a good-looking, healthy and sexy body. I’m not crazy over abs but least see what happens. Tho, I would love more flexibility and strong legs for running lol.
Believe me, it was so hard for me to lose those pounds so I’m proud. I feel more prepared for next year soooo IM EXCITED!
