here’s what 5 weeks of low carb and a workout routine did to me, and I’m pretty pumped. I didn’t lose much weight (only about 5 pounds) but I’m measuring my progress in inches lost and how my clothes are feeling :) both of these pictures were taken in the evening AFTER all my meals. can we talk about how bloated carbs made me feel and look before ? I was in constant pain and discomfort. since cutting carbs I feel so much better. **disclaimer; I stopped eating carbs such as breads, pastas, rice, and processed garbage. I get a healthy amount of REAL carbs from fruits and veggies** I’ll post another progress photo in another month, I’ll probably be adding to my workout routine since I’m going to the beach in July, eek !
