This is probably the coolest transformation I have seen since starting my healthier journey six months ago. One of my best friends got married last October (2014), and I haven’t worn the dress since then. I found it yesterday and wanted to put it on just to see if it was any different. As soon as I pulled it up and let go, it fell right down to my hips! 😂😂 I can hold it out 3-4 inches from my body! It’s just amazing to me to see what I’ve been able to accomplish in the 6 short months since I’ve changed my life for the better. Like, that dress used to fit me and now it’s falling off! So crazy. There have definitely been struggles, but I am so happy and so proud of myself :)
