As for me, it’s been nearly a whole year of posting here on my @thediaryofafatbody blog and I’d like to take the time to thank you all for your support throughout this journey! While I didn’t quite lose as much as if hoped this year, I’m confident that what I’ve learnt about food and myself throughout 2015 will set me up to achieve the rest of my goals in 2016!
