For reference my height is 5'9"

All I’ve been doing is using myfitnesspal to log my calorie intake and have been eating clean. Much less processed food, so so much more veggies.

Oh also I got myself a dog so that I’m obligated to go for at least an hours walk a day even on days where I don’t feel like exercising. Unfortunately I am unable to afford gym membership, but I go for bike rides and hikes as well as swimming, which is free for me at my place of work.

Simple changes have made such a big difference in my body!

I’m nowhere near my goal though, which is 155lbs, I’ll keep you guys updated on my progress.

Also I want to say that a huge huge huge part of what has kept me motivated this past year are the beautiful people who submit to this blog. I check motiveweight religiously. Every time I feel myself slipping and feeling bad about myself I come on here to look at how well you guys are doing and I snap out of it. So yeah, thank you for this blog!
