Hi Everyone!!! My name is Katelyn! Im 23 and I am 5'7" (ish)
I went to the doctor a few weeks back and had to step on the scale. The number that I saw was astonishing (196.4 lbs) Back up to where I was in early 2013. I was heartbroken I couldn’t even concentrate on what my doctor was saying the whole appointment. I texted my boyfriend and let him know something had to change.
It’s very hard to eat healthy when you live with someone SO unhealthy, he’s very skinny but he eats crap. The next day I made a promise to myself. Not to drink anything but water (and morning coffee), to cut out crap food and to introduce more raw fruits and veggies into my diet. I became more attentive to my calorie tracking and this is the result about 3 weeks later.
Let me be clear: this is not where I want to be. I want to look a lot different than the woman on the right side, but its a NOTICEABLE start! It’s all about what you eat. A few days ago I had a drink for my anniversary and an In-N-Out burger cause I wanted to. But its about the little victories, its about knowing that you can have that stuff! But in moderation! Im very proud of myself so far!
