From 170 lbs to about 166 lbs!
I’ve lost weight successfully before by just doing cardio and simple body weight exercises. I got pregnant and my healthy habits unraveled.
Now I’ve been incorporating weight lifting about 2 or 3 times a week and a little bit of cardio everyday. I’ve lost more inches than pounds but I’m not complaining!
