I’m 5'2 and this is a 41 pound difference. I was unhappy with the way I looked. So I decided to make a change. I started out Slow by going to the gym and making healthier food choices instead of a burger I would get a salad. Then when I researched fitness and healthy eating more I became stricter. This took me 5 months. This was in college so yes I was tempted with alcohol and fried foods everyday and night! So if you want it bad enough you will find a way !
