Progress picture ! -7kg in two and half months
- I did cardio at least 2 times a week, usually 4.
- I ate about 80% clean
- SQUATS, lunges, donkey kicks, blogilates inner thigh,two days a week
I still have a long way to go but I’m proud of my progress so far :)
