Not a huge difference but its progress!!

SW: 211.6 lbs
CW: 200 lbs
GW: 145 lbs (normal weight for me)
Next GW: 135 lbs
Little less than one month of 4-5x/wk cardio and strength training, clean eating and cut back 90% of alcohol. Not easy at first but it’s so worth it. I have so much more energy! 55 more lbs to go! I hope this inspires at least one more person to get up and give it their all!!!!
