Kinda decided to do this for “fun” but
Here’s a little Before and AfterThe top two were shortly after my parents divorce. About two years ago this month. I ate all the time, and whatever I wanted. I hated myself. (Approx size 12) (summer 2013)
The next two were a year and a half ago (spring 2014)
I had dropped about 2 sizes and looked like this from Fall 2013-Fall 2014.
I was “happy”, pretending to be a lot more confident than I was. I didn’t care, and I still ate whatever I wanted.The last two are from these last few weeks. I workout regularly (usually 5-6 days a week), I run, box, lift weights and more. I eat about 80-85% clean and don’t have to hide behind baggy clothing anymore.
I still have low self confidence, but I am feeling better about myself, and I’m excited to see what the next year brings me ❤️☀️
