Hello everyone!
I started by fitness journey Dec 2014(1st pic on the left),4 months after post partum.I wanted to let my body rest after giving birth.
I started on the original Insanity for a month ( result pic in the middle,Jan 2015) before being side tracked because of traveling,knee and wrist injury).So during the break of about 3 months i did gentle yoga just to keep my body moving.
In June 2015 when i felt like my body is ready,I started on insanityMax 30 and fell in love with the intensity it provided.ONLY 30mins.As a stay at home mum,where dishes,laundry,cooking r never ending and taking care of a highly energetic baby 30mins i definitely can make time for.
Trust me there are days that i just do not want to do any type of exercise.So how do i overcome it?Without overthinking,i just put on my sportswear and press play.
The pic on the right was taken last week of june. Although still far from my dream body and fitness goal I’m happy with my progress.Everyday i get stronger n firmer.
Now I’m on my last week of Max30 Month 2.
My diet is about 60% clean eating and I’m still working at improving it.Ive cut off soda,donut.I still treat myself to a burger or chocolate once in a while.
