Hello! This is my before and during.
My height is 1,66cm. During the 4 first months I lost weight by exercising (zumba and kickboxing) 90min a day 6 days a week and eating healthy, but school started again and I couldn’t find the time to exercise anymore. Nowadays I just eat everything I want but moderately, if I already had pizza on Monday, I won’t be eating burgers on Thursday, for example. I also cut back sodium and I don’t drink soda anymore, I’m kinda addicted to chocolate, so I still eat everyday lol, but I try to move around as much as I can, always take the stairs and walk rather than drive. I’m not there yet, but I’m on my way, hope you guys are too. Keep going strong! (ps: English is not my first language, sorry if there are any mistakes)
