Well, I’m now officially 150 pounds down since my start date! YAY! Although I think I may actually be lighter than 360 pounds in the before pic here, because I just realized that this pic is two-ish weeks after I started, because my hair is pink not blue. BUT still close to around 360.

Height: 5’7”Clothing is interesting. Sometimes I wear medium, sometimes I have to go with XL, but usually I fit into larges now. :) Some of my larges are getting too big though. yay. I can’t believe it’s only been 11 months. Less than a year ago, I was a completely different person.
I have had NO surgeries, it’s all been through daily exercise and changing my eating habits. I didn’t starve myself, I just started eating healthier foods in more appropriate amounts. I counted calories to help make myself aware of what I was eating and how much. :) As for exercise I started slow 15 minutes or so a day, to get myself in the habit and then as my fitness level improved I would do longer/harder workouts.
OH! And this shirt is from my step mom from Christmas. She’s funny. She was so excited about her gifts for me, that she either gave me them early or told me what they were.. lol. I love adidas, all my adidas clothes are too nice to workout in tho. lol
