It’s time for a transformation Tuesday!

Right: fall 2014 ~138lbsThe summer of 2012 is when my fitness journey went into full gear. No surgery or diet plans, I live a vegan lifestyle and stay active running and playing rugby. I’ve had my ups and downs and struggles since then but I’ve never stopped and never plan to! There is no end goal for me, I will continue to push and transform my body to be the best it can be. My goal now MUSCLES!
