Before: yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, and lots of cardio to “make up for it”. Self-loathing, always tired and sick. Waging a war on my body.


During: weight-lifting and High Intensity Interval Training. Eating clean, training dirty. “Flexi”-vegan. Happy, healthy, and loving myself every step of the way. ❤️
