Hey guys I had someone ask me for a before and after and I didn’t realize I never put it on tumblr, Ive always shared them on my youtube channel. So this was me “before” I was on Rawtill4 and gained 30lbs by basically not listening to my body and eaten the amounts and types of foods that were satisfying me. I was at my highest weight ever of 188lbs, I’m 5’4 and in 3 months of being on the starch solution I lost 19lbs with absolutely no exercise, calorie restriction or effort really. Its been a couple more months now and I am down about another 10 pounds. I will be doing a weight update for you all on my Youtube http://ift.tt/1t7b4ru every 6 months so on January 10th ill do another one :) I think any high carb vegan diet is a great diet but you need to learn to do what works for you. I was so hell bent on being 100 percent raw or following rawtill4 perfectly that I completely ignored how it made me feel to eat thousand calorie fruit meals and gigantic rice dinners. The truth is I felt like shit and you can learn all about my journey on my Youtube if you want. The biggest shift I made wasn’t what foods I was putting in my mouth but the mental shift of NOT DIETING and just eating the healthiest foods I can, in whatever quantity I felt like, at whatever time I wanted. I quit counting calories, fat grams and the entire diet mentality and just really put my trust back into myself. That I would know what to eat when I was hungry and that I would know when to stop eating. It took me a year to get to this point and I’m glad I went through everything that I did, weight gain and all so that I can help other girls who are struggling. I also overcame a huge addiction to cigarettes, alcohol, and caffeine and now am 100 percent sober and clean. Its been a journey and I’m glad I get to share it with you all. Much love.
