Finally did my progress shot! I want to do these every 5lbs I lose from now on seeing as my weight loss is slowing down by a lot. There’s a definite change from when I was 172lbs back in may/June but not much that I can see from when I was 161lbs. 6lbs/3kg is quite a lot if you think about it so I must have lost it somewhere. I’m thinking probably around my waist since that’s the only place that I’ve lost a few inches off, although you can’t tell from the pictures really.
One thing I’ve noticed is that the more I lose around my ribs/abdominal area, the more my lower abdominal area looks pudgy. It makes my “muffin” look more prominent. I’m not going to complain too much since I am losing weight :)
Now that we’re in autumn/winter my food intake has changed a little. I no longer drink any carbonated drinks even if it’s diet. I’ve also switched out summer salads for hot healthy soups.
With Christmas coming up I know there’s a tendency to over indulge but this year I’m going to try to stay healthy. My goal now is to reach 150lbs by the end of this year.
