4 weeks toning progress!
I’m amazed by this photo. I thought I wasn’t making much difference and then put the 2 together!! Was gonna wait til next week to post this but I am so excited! Barely recognise myself.
Eat clean, workout, sleep, repeat.
motiveweight59kg in both photos (left Oct ‘14, right Nov ‘14) Less fat, more muscle. Just goes to show the difference that 4 weeks toning can make.
