Pictures have always been my favorite way to track my progress. The scale has always been a downfall for me and actually kept me from staying consistent with my weight loss journey on my prior two attempts. I use pictures to help me see what the scale can’t show. Some days I wake up and feel like I haven’t made any progress. I still beat myself about not working out or eating healthy most days. But looking at this picture reminds me that I am making progress and I am trying my best. Discouraging myself hindered my progress so many times before and I really need to stop doing that. From now on I’m going to pat myself on the back for getting the strength to make a change in my life.
