During: 2014, approx 152 lbs.I remember thinking this first picture was a really good one of me. I was thrilled to see it pop up on Facebook. I do still love that picture, though. I was in Vegas with my best friends and it is super fun!
Love yourself at all sizes. Don’t focus on how happy you’ll be when you get to your goal, when you meet that special person, when you snag that big promotion. That kind of thinking will never get you what you want; you’ll never be “happy enough.” Be happy with yourself in the present, and strive to improve because you love yourself.
