Left: Running 4-5 days a week + Restricted diet (limited fried food, no junk) + No more than 2,000 cals a day
Right: Lifting 3-4 days a week + Loose diet (whatever I want to eat really) + 2,500 cals a day
Wow. Just. Wow.
I’m surprised at the transition I’ve made in regards to what I choose as an exercise and also the physical changes I’ve seen.
I loved running, I still do.
But man do I have a passion for weight lifting.
