Fitness and weight-loss don’t happen over night. I use to weigh so much more lost around 30 pounds maybe more. Simply started on stair climber in my basement years ago, every night i would go and step my heart out till i was sweating. Like everyone else working out and sticking with it is hard, you fall off i have fallen off plenty of times but I kept going. Now I’m lifting weights and doing stuff i never thought I could do.
