This time last year I was getting ready to walk across the stage for graduation! Now, I’m getting ready to move “home” & continue pushing towards my career, travel + health goals! πŸ‘°πŸΎ✈️πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ’‹

I can’t even say I changed a lot this year because I lived healthier…I mean yeah obviously I feel & look great…but there’s so many little lessons you learn when creating the life you want to live like:
• Consistency is key
• Action > Desires
• Plan It. Do It. Be It.

I understand routines can be hard & that sticking to plans can get overwhelming, but when you shift your mindset from “losing weight” to “being your best self,” you relieve a lot of the pressure! Find foods you like. Find a way to move your body. Find ways to relieve stress. Find people who uplift you! 2017 is coming & ain’t nobody go the time to NOT be great! What’re you waiting for?!! πŸ’œ
