Picture on the left was taken on my birthday last year. Picture on the right was taken 8 months later. Before I made the decision to take my health seriously I was always mortified to ever put a full body picture up, or even send them to my friends. Now I have the confidence to feel good about my body. Still have a long way to go, but my progress is evident, and my hardwork is paying off.
