1 year and 10 months ago today, my life changed. I was recently invited to speak at a health fair and ended my speech by saying that if I can inspire just one, my job is complete. In all actuality, I want nothing more than to inspire many. Your health is so important. It’s more than a number on the scale. I fight like hell everyday.
