68 POUNDS IN 4 FREAKING MONTHS?!?
Excuse me as I use my cute tiny bae @goat-secretary for a size reference. But I actually look like half the person I used to be.
And that is so true. I haven’t just lost weight. I’ve let go of a lot of burdens in my life in the past 4 months. It’s mind blowing to me that it’s only been 4 months… I feel so refreshed and as I continue to lose weight and work through my PTSD, I know that by the time I’m done here, nobody will recognize me. Not just physically. I’m also healing my soul. 💗💪🏽
