So I’ve been eating clean for a while but it wasn’t helping me lose weight at all. I was really unhappy with my body and between work and school, I was having a hard time finding time to work out and cook and all that shit. So I reached out to a friend who recently lost about 50lbs and asked her what she was doing. I hopped on to the program she was using and this is 10 days of results. I’ve lost 8lbs in 10 days and I’m making sure to find at least 15 minutes a day for yoga. I’m eating 100% clean but eating 3 full meals and 2 snacks per day. I don’t see much of a difference in my front, but obviously my back has changed a lot. I was skeptical and took different photos of me standing in different positions, I was convinced that it HAD to be a difference in my posture, not my body but I couldn’t replicate it. So I guess this program is working. I don’t want to talk about the program until my first session with it is over, so in 2 more weeks I’ll post all about it if anyone has any questions. It’s hard, I crave salt and sweets constantly but I will not give in, cause I know if I do, I’ll start to binge eat again. 11 days binge free and counting.
