-40 lbs 205 to 165 5ft 2 Looking at the picture on the left makes me realize how glad I am I got off my ass. Goal weight 120. Eating smaller portions is key. DONT. Deprave yourself of foods you love. I have two cheat days a week. I believe it helps keep me motivated. My cheat days are Saturday and Sunday. It has taken me 8 months to lose the weight. It would have been less but there were two months I fell off the wagon. I didn’t gain or lose. Good luck
