Height 5'7" Before: 188lbs After: 142lbs I am 45 years old, and wanted to get fit for my health & mental health.
This is result of 11 months of hard work. I eat the FAA (Food Addicts Anonymous) diet, and I run 16-20 miles per week. I started out walking 90 minutes a day, and increased the running gradually as I became more fit. My diet has no sugars, no flour, and very little starch/carbs. It took about a month to adjust, but after that I find my food cravings have died down. This way of eating really works for my body.
