Short version: love yourself every step of the way, and learn about the science of what makes eating right hard and WHY you need to eat healthy to stay satisfied and WHY you need both cardio and weight training in order to stay fit.
Don’t be so hard on yourself! Weight loss is hard but you can do it. If I had to recommend you one book it would be Thin for Life by Anne Fletcher.
